He has won recognition for his work as the Design Manager for City of Sydney - Council Capital Works Projects and as the Senior Project Manager on the Sydney Town Hall Refurbishment Project in which he won a Heritage Council of Australia award.
Lou has over 26 years senior program and project management execution experience across various sectors. He is a qualified trainer and assessor who has designed training courses and delivered formal and non-formal qualification courses and workshops. His experience in training includes Boeing as a senior program manager in the Project Management Function (PMO) delivering project management courses related to internal project management best practices, risk management, and earned value.

Andrew is the BlueVisions Legal Counsel based in Jakarta, Indonesia and provides corporate/commercial counsel to BlueVisions business units and BlueVisions clients in Australia, Indonesia and the UAE. Andrew thoroughly enjoys building strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice to clients and BlueVisions business units, and assisting clients develop corporate strategies and programs. Brad is the backbone of the RTO Administration and Coordination. His role is to ensure that everything to do with training is recorded, managed and stored in the appropriate systems for overall RTO compliance, as well as student support responding to questions relating to logging onto the student portal, uploading assessments and course details. All student material is confidentially stored and managed in accordance with RTO management systems.
