Lou transitioned from being a practitioner to become a leader in program and portfolio management, sharing his knowledge, skills, tips, and lessons learned of real practical experiences in managing projects and portfolio's. Lou has been a major contributor to the Project Management Institute PMBOK Guide and Project Management Competency Framework.
