Dept of Ed - PM - Parramatta Region Group 2 - Expansion and Upgrade Works
To help meet the growing demands of student numbers in the Parramatta region, the Department of Education are increasing the numbers of teaching spaces at five schools including Yagoona Public School, Auburn North Public School, Rosehill Public School, Parramatta West Public School and Pendle Jill Public School. DoE - Regional Queanbeyan Package - Project Manager

ACT - Gungahlin Primary School Programming Services
blueVisions provided programming services for Gungahlin Primary School. Data engineers projected the numbers of children attending each grade year by year based on different inputs from population growth to immigration numbers and population migration. Out of this projection, came the plan to extend/rebuild/build new schools for each region for the next 10 years to be able to sustain the projected numbers.
Building Education Revolution
Redevelopment of the Latham Preschool
Latham Preschool, in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), required expansion due to the growing number of students and the implementation of The National Quality Frameworks. The project involved the construction of a new classroom for 22 children and the refurbishment of the existing preschool building. BlueVisions project delivery experts were engaged to provide Superintendent Services, on behalf of ACT Education and Training Directorate, during the construction phase of the works. blueVisions was also responsible for undertaking a review of the design and attending site for site inspections.
Medical Sciences Building
The University of Newcastle's Medical Sciences Building (West) project is scoped to provide a new anatomy teaching and mortuary facility. The project aims to deliver a new anatomy teaching and mortuary facility complete with all necessary anatomy tutorial rooms, cadaver storage rooms, practice rooms, front of house facilities and technical areas along with PC2 teaching laboratory space to be shared between several faculties. blueVisions has been engaged as Project Managers acting on behalf of the University of Newcastle for the design, procurement and contract management of a new anatomy teaching and mortuary facility, as well as undertaking the design review and handling site inspections.
QLD Kindergarten Program
The kindergarten projects for the QLD Department of Education, Training and Employment ? (DETE) are part of Phase 5 of the Queensland Government's Toward Q2 initiative to deliver additional 240 kindergarten services (new and extended services). The Works generally comprised the design, erection and completion of kindergarten building works and associated site and ancillary works including but not limited to the Design, Documentation, Commissioning and Construction of various school buildings and infrastructure consistent with the Principal's Project Requirements. blueVisions was engaged to provide endto- end project management services for the construction of new educational facilities (using Design and Construct contract) and refurbishment of existing facilities various regions throughout QLD. The design review and site inspections were also undertaken by blueVisions.
University of Sydney Capital Works Program
blueVisions was engaged to project manage and deliver a wide variety of complex projects as part of the University of Sydney Capital Works Program. Some of these included Jane Foss Russell building, redevelopment of Cadigal Green, remediation of the Mackie Building, refurbishment of the Photonics Laboratory. blueVisions also undertook design review and attended site for site inspections.
