We work with our internationally certified training arm (the Australian based Institute of Management www.im.edu.au) to ensure that workforce segmentation, competency and behavioural assessments are up to date and reflect the current and emerging needs of industry.

We employ online tools and databases to attract and track top talent and provide our clients with dashboards for tracking progress, access to legal, induction & onboarding documentation and reporting attendance hours & project costs.
